Limitation of liability
Facturx Validator is a technical compliance-checking tool against the EN 16931 standard as implemented by this service (Factur-X/CII and UBL 2.1 only). A "compliant" result does not constitute legal or tax advice and does not guarantee acceptance by a tax authority, a customer, or any third-party system. The user remains solely responsible for verifying the legal and fiscal compliance of their invoices before any official use.
Formats announced as "roadmap" (Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, FatturaPA, Verifactu) are not implemented: any validation request for these formats explicitly returns an HTTP 501 "not implemented" response. This service never returns a false compliance result for an unsupported format.
Uploaded files policy
Files and XML content submitted for validation are processed entirely in memory, request by request. They are never written to disk, never persisted in a database, and never included in application logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Cookies
This site does not use any strictly necessary session cookie. Audience measurement trackers (if enabled) are only deposited after your explicit consent, collected via the cookie management banner (Google Consent Mode v2 — denied by default). You can change your choice at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
