Limitation of liability

Facturx Validator is a technical compliance-checking tool against the EN 16931 standard (Factur-X/CII and UBL 2.1, exhaustive coverage) and against a core rule set for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, FatturaPA (Italy) and Verifactu (Spain) — see /formats for the exact coverage of each format. A "compliant" result does not constitute legal or tax advice and does not guarantee acceptance by a tax authority, a customer, or any third-party system. The user remains solely responsible for verifying the legal and fiscal compliance of their invoices before any official use.

For Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, FatturaPA and Verifactu, this service checks a documented core set of the most commonly cited rules, not the full official schema or Schematron of each scheme (e.g. not the complete OpenPeppol Schematron, not the full FatturaPA XSD, not the Verifactu hash chain / electronic signature). A "compliant" result for these formats therefore never implies exhaustive compliance with the official specification. Any format not listed on /formats is not implemented and any validation request for it explicitly returns an HTTP 501 "not implemented" response — this service never returns a simulated compliance result for an unsupported format.

Uploaded files policy

Files and XML content submitted for validation are processed entirely in memory, request by request. They are never written to disk, never persisted in a database, and never included in application logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies

This site does not use any strictly necessary session cookie. Audience measurement trackers (if enabled) are only deposited after your explicit consent, collected via the cookie management banner (Google Consent Mode v2 — denied by default). You can change your choice at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
